We start with a site survey. A site survey consists of gathering detailed information about the existing or planned network infrastructure in order to properly assess the project requirements. The site survey takes into account the physical location of computer hardware and your expectations as far as what you would like to accomplish with your network as far as speed and availability are concerned. Also included are suggestions for placement of power drops and network connections. 

The next step is the design of your network. Our engineering team will plan out your network infrastructure to match your requirements and offer suggestions for future capacity planning. We will work with you to determine the exact hardware specifications to match your requirements and your budget. The design includes physical locations of computer hardware as well as cable placement. Once the design is completed, our sales team will provide detailed price quotes for each phase of the network installation. 

After your network as been designed and all purchases have been authorized, Creative Persona engineers order and implement all required hardware and software configurations on-site at your location. Cabling is installed and training on the use of your network is provided. 

The final stage in the installation process is thorough testing of all installed software and hardware to ensure that everything is working exactly as specified in the network design.
